C4C, I just use kefir for the wide variety of friendly bacteria it contains. There are also some studies that show kefir fights against salmonella, and I supplement with raw so I feel if this is true it will help. Even more benefits include helping protect against allergies, helping the digestive tract, and defending against bloating and heart burn. I feel like there are noticeable differences in her health. And i am glad you like this topic guys!

Naturella, I know just three is hard! I have modified my list to canned sardines, eggs, and Kefir. And nice choices everyone!

Thanks everyone! I used to brush her teeth, but she would be in pain when i did so. I lightly brushed, but I think the toothbrush had hard bristles. Oleanderz, are the bristles on that toothbrush soft?

I also use vital essentials and primal along with my dogs kibble. She loves a raw treat. I HIGHLY recommend those brands.

That’s so thoughtful Dori! Thanks! I can’t recall what the doctor said, but it turned out to be nothing. Thanks for thinking of us, and we are doing fabulous, especially with Ginger’s birthday this Tuesday.

Nothing bad here. Ginger has allergies to pollen but no food allergies, thankfully.

Thanks guys for all the input. Dogfoodie, I was about to order some VE beef treats, the beef and beef tripe and lung etc. treats. I think I will order them, and thanks for the other suggestions guys. BC, any good ideas for Super food supplements?

Dori, Ginger has been to several classes in controlled areas, and none went well. Thanks for the input though. I will see if there are good ones in my area.

Naturella, what kibble do you use, or rotation of kibble? Also, when you feed an rmb for that day, how much kibble do you take away? I don’t know how much your dog weighs but I would like to know how you incorporate that into brunos diet.

Are there any brands out there that have meat that is humanely killed? it would be great if there was a good brand like that.

Unbalanced toppers, like lean meat, should never be more than 20% of a dogs meal. And it is personal preference for rotating food, but I highly recommend doing bag after bag. Also, always go raw if you can. That’s is all I can do for you. Maybe someone with more knowledge can help you later. – Zach

Yeah, a lot of people here seem to want a CFA, but what I really want is that app. I sometimes only have my phone and would like to have an app instead of working the website. That is just me, though. Any other good ideas?

Ginger does have ears that fold in her daily life. She has red spots where they fold, but the brown spots are under that. They look pretty gnarly.

Thanks. Anyone know the calorie content per treat in the beef freeze died niblets entrée? I’m using entrée because it is balanced. Also, how many come in a bag? Lastly, can I take them in a zip lock bag on runs? Sorry for all the questions

Thanks for the answers guys! Several times ginger has rolled in this weird mud like substance that smell horrendous. It is a pain to get off. So I guess if it’s grass I will let her roll in it.
