All this food is soooo confusing
I’ve tried sooooomany brands with a lot of failure
I have 2 German sheps that had a terrible issue with diarrhea
I’ve tried so many brands that just didn’t work out
And for some reason victor has worked for them
Now the stools are solid
Seems like low fiber with a high protein seems to do the job for them
I started them off with totw
Good food but the stools were water which was very confusing for me
Had all sorts of tests done on them all came out good
I don’t know

I sort of had the same issue with my shepherds
But I found a solution that works well for them
It’s a dry dog good made by Victor

You can find it on chewy.com

There small bites so don’t get fooled by the photo of the German Shepherd
For my dogs the other dog foods had way to much fiber
Also my dogs are real active

Ask the vet for atopica
I had a ship-tzu same issue
Also this time of year my dogs always itch
So my vet gives them Prednisone
Which helps
Try the Atopica

My guess would be a yeast infection
The only way to control that is by getting antibiotics from your veterinarian
Those antibiotics are not expensive

I’m not sure but could it be Megaesophagus ?
Have your u tried a acid remover like Pepcid ?
To see if that helps?

For what it’s worth

I have a rescue
And a. Few of my dogs had that habit
I found out that if I feed them crushed pineapple from a can
They won’t touch the poop

Don’t ask me why I don’t know
Must be it taste good going in
But not Cumming out lol

What’d on you feed your dogs?
👍On the Goats milk
I tried the rice but didn’t help any
Pumpkin help some

Maybe because I cut them back on there food and feed them small meals thru the Day
And I don’t leave the water out

The boy pups poop is great
But hers is like a cow patty
I think I’ve tried every probiotic under the sun
Also bland diet’s
But even with the bland she still has diarrhea I just don’t get it
I’m going to try to cut back the water
And the amount of food next.
The perfect form is not working on her
I’ve also tried the sweet potato

I just can’t figure out what it could be
She is not in any pain and she plays 24/7
Non stop lol lol

Well after do research after research
I’m trying flax seed(ground)
And I mix some with there food

Also goats milk(a little)
And it seems to help

Fiber seems to get right into there system and firm the stools right up
I’ve already seem that at least there firming up some

Try to use a little fiber with each meal for awhile 3 to 4 days
Seems to help 😊

You can get the flax seed at Walmart pharmacy area
Or online
I’m still waiting on perfect form to show up
At my door

Pumpkin didn’t really do anything

My vet put dogs on Flagyl but didn’t help

I’m going thru the sane thing with my German shepherds
There 4 months old
One thing that I found that helps is a product called DiaGel
It comes in a syringe without the needle
It’s not cheap
But it gets there system back in order
For a tine anyway.
I’ve tried every dog good under the sun to try to help
I’m having pretty good luck with taste of the wild venison dry dog food
My dogs dogs are worm free
You may want to try panacur for 3 days

As far as dog food my choice is Acana dry

But get that diarrhea under control first please

You can also try 1 table spoon of pepto bismol
Once in the am and once at night

But try the pumpkin and boiled chicken
Remove as much skin as you can

When I have a issue with one of my dogs the first thing I do is get a can of pure pumpkin from the store

And feed them 2 table spoons once in the am then once at night
Then I boil chicken and feed them that for a few days
Nooooo bones!!!!

If that does not help call the vet
Could be worms causing that

But try the pumpkin

No not related to allergies at all according to the veterinarian
Also no blocked glands he checked for that
At first that’s what he thought.
Yes chewy is a great online store
To get dog food
I don’t see why she can’t have fish I’ll look in to that
It also has to be A single source of protein only dog food
