Reply To: Supplement: Nutra Thrive
I recently ordered Nutra Thrive for my English Bulldog. When I opened it for the first time I noticed that it was clumped together, like a jar of gravel instead of powder. Then I read the manufactured date of 11/28/2018 on the bottom of the jar. This product was already 17-months old. I contacted customer service about a refund and initially the rep tried to assure me that the effective life of the product was 18-months and since it was a 30-day supply I should be finished with it before it expired. What an insult! I asked for a refund and was eventually given an RMA number and instructions for returning the product, with me paying for the return shipping. I insisted that I should not have to pay return shipping when they were the ones that sent the old product. In the end I shipped it at my cost and was given a refund for the product price. I can’t provide feedback good or bad for the effectiveness of the product but my experience with Ultimate Pet Nutrition was not good at all.
