lots of times if the kibble is whole when thrown up, the dog isn`t inhaling the food instead of chewing…try to slow down her eating by placing a heavy ball in her dish to slow down her eating!! Good luck!
I used to work in pet retail and never recommended the puppy version of the kong, as it is way too soft! Get the adult one!
Have you looking into Satori Dog Food..its a grain free Canadian kibble but lower in protein than Orijen. My dogs love it! May be worth looking at!
All great advice! I have a 12 year old dachshund who did the same thing for a while, and we kept having to switch the food all the time and coax him to eat.
Now we know that her tooth is sore, however if it continues afterwards, we found that we just had to have a little bit of tough love with our doxie. Put the food down for 10 minutes, didn
t want to eat it, got offered the same thing again next meal. After a 3 day hunger strike my doxie always eats now!! Unless he really isnt feeling well.
