Just an update on Zignature. We feed canned food plus dry Zignature…lots of options including Salmon, Whitefish and others. Our dog has NO issues with low Taurine levels.
We used to feed prescription food and had lots of issues with GI etc. Very happy with the variety of “flavors” and again absolutely no issues with diet or blood levels. Zignature is highly rated with Dog Food Advisor. (I have no financial incentive to add my opinion; just an honest related experience with the brand.)Ann BMemberOur mixed breed is the same age. She has been on Zignature for about 1-1/2 years now and is doing great. She also has a sensitivity to chicken. With Zignature, everyone comments about how healthy her coat is; overall she is very healthy. There are a number of flavor options that can be alternated weekly without any adverse effects. Hope that helps!
June 3, 2018 at 8:07 pm in reply to: Confused & frustrated about which brand to buy and feed my dogs #116356 Report AbuseAnn BMemberI buy my food at the local specialty food store… Bentleys. Wouldn’t buy from a source on line that isn’t trusted. We feed Zignature both wet and dry and our dog no longer has GI issues (vet had her on Science Diet Prescription ID). Recommend talking to others on local level. Good luck!

Issues resolved for now. Not happy with the ingredients.
Just joined this website and started feeding Zignature both dry and wet. She loves it and so far so good. BTW A man in the pet food store shared his experiences with the brand with his three dogs…he claims Zignature is a superior food and no matter the type..changes ingredient type about every week without any dietary issues. Good luck! -
