    A few more notes.. in case you’re wondering. I said Proin is the only Rx.. yes they are on preventative care like Heartguard that requires Rx.

    Exercise – about 3.5 -4.5 miles per day walking (we’re in the city).

    Bone broth is homemade mostly with the chicken bones of the leg quarters which I bake, sometimes if I buy a bone-in steak or porkchop I will use those bones also. I debone the leg quarters and make broth with bones, nothing added except water.
