Thank you very much for your response, it was very helpful! I actually do live new a farmer supply store that carries premium brand dog foods (this is where I saw the diamond gran-free). I went by there just a little while ago and got a sample of the diamond. Their prices are very good and only $21.00 for the medium size 14lb bag. I am a little weary because of the recalls in the past but am hopeful all has been resolved. I’m going to try the sample and see how my dog reacts to it. Hopefully it will be a good fit for him.
