Received an email from chewy.com on 7/10/2017 that “Fromm Family Foods will no longer be available at Chewy and will only be available while supplies last. Fromm has decided to limit their distribution and will not longer service Chewy customers.”
The email encouraged customers to “contact Fromm directly to let them know you rely on the convenience of delivery and value of the personalized service you receive from Chewy.”
Here is the contact info they included:
Call: 800-325-6331
Email: info@frommfamily.com
Post: https://www.facebook.com/frommfamilyDana FMemberI recently contacted Chewy and asked why Fromm and I think, Orijen, would no longer be available at Chewy’s. Chewy answered with a very honest response. They stated that since Chewy had become a subsidiary of Petsmart, Fromm, and possibly Orijen, decided to part ways with Chewy because these companies believe in promoting small businesses and Chewy, having become part of the Petsmart conglomeration, no longer fit their business model.
