    This dog food gets 5 stars on this site. It has a very high protein content compared to most other foods. I know protein is good for dogs and most of the top rated foods have a higher protein content but this food sounds like it is specifically formulated to help dogs lose weight. My question is, is this food okay to feed a dog that is not overweight? The other varieties of Premium Edge get between 3 and 4.5 ratings.
