Hi. I am a citizen of Montreal, Canada. I don’t know if you have seen it in the news, but the mayor of our city wants to implement BSL on September 26, because of a fatal dog attack that happened earlier this summer (Even though the dog was registered as a boxer). Fellow dog advocates and I have been trying to convince our elected officials to vote against the ban, but our pleas are not being heard.
