Krasimir p
MemberHi Every one
my dog had a bone for chewing and is bleeding when is going for a poo
he is happy as usual eating as usual no change with his behaviour
just the little bit of blood at the of his poo is what is worrying me.
He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback,4 months old
Ive took him to the vet and he gave me PRO-KOLIN+
Still the same
Went to see him again two days later and he told me to stop to give it after two days, and I’ve stopped
Still the same
Any one had experience with that sort of problemNaturella
MemberHey, Krasimir, I can not help, but I think your vet should test for parasites at least… Maybe someone else can be of more assistance.

ParticipantHi, has ur boy been wormed?? What food is he eating & are his poos sloppy or real hard when there’s blood & what colour is the blood lite or darker red ?? my boy was pooing lite red blood when I first got him, he was 4 years old, it wasn’t every day about every 10 days, sometimes there was a streak of blood on the outside of his poo & the poo was firm, sometimes his poos were sloppy or sometimes had jelly on the poo, vet said Colitis, he’d also have a rumbling, gurgling bowel early hours of the morning then do his jelly poos with blood, I had to stop the raw chicken necks for breakfast & I had to put him on a lower fat diet, in the end vet said IBD.. but ur boy is only 4 months old he still a pup, my boy is 6 years old now…
