I’ve never ordered from Chewys but I ordered from petfooddirect.com recently. It wasn’t listed on their website that the VittlesVault comes from factory (making it take 7-10 days to get delivered). I ordered my things next day as I am moving Friday or Saturday. Well all my things came except for the Vittles Vault. I called them up and they explained it. When I told them I was moving and that’s why I ordered it next day and that I probably wasn’t going to be at this place when it arrived they told me to call them with my new address if it did not arrive and they will send one to my new address. I thought that was amazing, as I thought I was going to be out $$ and something to put my dogs food in!
