I’m so sorry. My husband and I lost our girl on January 18th and we both still spend the night crying on the couch sometimes. I have been reading a book called “Goodbye, Friend” and it has helped me. It’s the saddest thing in the world. I made the mistake of looking at her ashes last night and totally lost it. It’s going to be very, very hard but it will get a little better every day. Think of him and try to smile. Hang in there, the first day is absolute hell but you will get to the other side soon enough.
