Supposedly elevated bowls “can” cause bloat. But I believe the study that showed this was for large/giant breeds, not yorkies. 🙂 But even then, there are other studies that dispute this.

Regarding the gas x- call your vet and ask. I know I wouldn’t give anything to my dog with sorbitol in it.
