I see Quercetin is for histamine management which I would like to add, can you recommend any of these from amazon? Also, is there one that would have omega 3 in it as well?
I’m going to by Mercola’s Organic Peppermint shampoo for her on amazon as well so would like to just get everything from there if possible so any recommendations are welcomed
