OK, I just pulled out a big bag of chicken necks from MPC that are frozen together in a big freezer burned lump and threw it in the Crock-Pot. Looks like I’m making bone broth today.

I’m the worst cook I know and am horribly disorganized in the kitchen. I’m busy and gone a lot so when we get home at night, 9 times out of 10, it’s just easier to grab something to eat on the way home.
