I’m pretty sure any oil is fine. I’m not sure greasing the pan is even necessary. Canned pumpkin should be at any grocery store, I don’t usually shop at Walmart so I don’t know where it is there. If you want to use safflower oil you could probably get it at a grocery or natural foods store, with the other vegetable oils.
