Yes, the small is per package and the pieces may not be uniform in size. My 12 lb JRT ate 1/2 of a large one in about 4 days. She hasn’t touched another one since though. Gideon hasn’t gotten much further on his and Micah hasn’t shown any interest, but he isn’t feeling well right now.
