Reply To: Cat food recommendations
Yes! It is more gel-like. Cat do like that consistency with the carrageean, or at least mine do. I imagine that is why most of the foods add it. I definitely feed Wellness and other foods that have it, but if I have the choice I prefer to choose a food that doesn’t. The cats still like the Go! today, so that is a good sign. They have also been eating the Nature’s Logic as of late, which is good because I was sitting on about 10 cans of it for awhile, but now I only have 1 left.
Chewy also has amazing customer service. They have been really great to work with on absolutely any issue I have had and definitely have far exceeded my expectations in resolution. I do think I remember seeing that sales tax does apply in FL and another state or two. That’s a bummer. The second case I ordered this month was Chicken Soup for The Kitten Lovers Soul, just because I wanted something cheaper to balance out my order overall, and I got a case of 24 5.5oz cans for $17.99, which works out to be 75 cents a can which really is very affordable for a high quality food. Its true though, you can’t get the same kind of deals that you can get by stacking coupons and sales in store, but I find that I just can’t get them very consistently, and I think you have a rare deal, where you are being allowed to use those Wellness coupons for each can you buy.
