ResueDaneMom that’s a good tip. Making it in advance would give it a chance to completely soak up the H2O.

This mornings serving was a different consistency by the time I served it for dinner. All the ingredients had a chance to soak up the H2O so it was thicker, not as oatmealy (is that a word?). It was perfect though because I was able to warm dinner up with H2O. Bobby was happy with both the fresh mix and his dinner serving so it was fine either way for him. Just something to keep in mind.
