Hi neezerfan:
BCn reminded us it is important to let the food rise to room temperature first before opening the bag to avoid any moisture build-up which could spoil the food. I have to say before she gave me this advice I did just open up a bag I grabbed from the freezer and serve it up. Thank goodness it didn’t spoil, now I know.
