Betsy, I completely agree – if it wasn’t for the free bags of food they were giving away (first Holistic Health Extension, now NutriSource) and coupons, I would not shop there either. I would NEVER buy a puppy from them… Poor little creatures… But the deals they have a good, and until I reach a financial point at which I can afford to bypass a good deal if I dislike the store, I will have to suck it up and go there. But once I get a “real” job, and hopefully become financially stable, I will probably only shop at my favorite pet boutique which also has decent deals sometimes, plus sells good food! 🙂
