Akari, I would say it means he’s not blocked if he’s producing that much but could still have a UTI or cystitis. Some kitties are prone to cystitis and it can be stress related. He’s had a lot going on lately! You’re giving him plenty of opportunity to drink and get water in his food so I’d stop worrying about that part. You mentioned that he was peeing big clumps after his “treatment”, I wonder if the vet gave him any fluids? If he got some subQ fluids that would account for the big clumps you saw at that time and now he’s making regular sized clumps?
