Carlyn, I think you will be fine to say “Organic” in the name, especially since you plan to use “at least 60% of the ingredients” organic, and if you manage to make that 70%, then I wouldn’t worry about it at all. 🙂

These would be a small (for now), local business, so I think it should be just fine! 🙂
