I’m not as concerned about the origin of the ingredients as I am about the quality of them and how well they all work together to make sure my dogs are getting the appropriate amino acids and nutrients to be a complete and balanced food. Also, the safety protocols the company has in place is important. In addition, as you have mentioned, digestibility. I think feed trials would need to happen to determine this.
