Our 14yo Golden Retriever had all but stopped eating his food (pedigree) and started getting really thin. Then when our new puppy came home, our older dog started helping the puppy eat his puppy chow! I never thought that the food he had always eaten was the problem, I just figured he was getting old. I switched the older dog to this food hoping to get him to start eating properly again. It worked great! We had to start separating the older dog while he eats, because the puppy and the cats were stealing the nature’s menu from him! Also, I tried mixing the nature’s menu into his pedigree when I first switched foods, but he dropped the pedigree pieces on the floor and only ate the nature’s menu. He’s been eating it for about a week now with no problems.
