If you suspect the dog food is the culprit, by all means, throw it out!
Surely that would be cheaper than a vet visit.
However, if the symptoms continue despite a food change, I would go back to the vet for more diagnostic testing asap and stop trying various foods.
After all, they (dog foods) all can’t be bad.
