I am not sure how to figure the % vs the mg. I know the low sodium list made from the Cardiology dept from Medvet -Cincinnati uses the milligrams per Kcal figure so thats what I use.The problem with the list is it only contains a few brands of food.I would like to stay under 100 mg per Kcal ~the lower the better to me for Ted’s heart.
