    Very odd. I have ordered quite a bit from them. I did not have any problems, my sister did have a problem a year ago with something not being shipped, and no response. Doggiefood.com did refund her money finally. Anyone know of a source for the Essex Cottage Farms mixes? Doggiefood.com was the only company that I found in the US that carries them.
