When to transition puppy from 3 meals a day to 2?

    My 11 week old Shih Tzu puppy is currently getting 3 meals a day. When should I transition to 2? I read somewhere 4 months, but that seems very young. Thanks in advance.

    I have found that around 6 or 7 months old they are ready to go from 3 small meals to 2 regular meals per day…maybe a small snack midday after a walk as a reward for making sure I get my exercise 🙂
