Raw food diet:substituting chicken hearts in place of ground beef

    Is this possible? The hearts can be sourced at around 1.00 a pound vs. 3.49 for the ground beef.

    70lb. Athletic dog.
    Currently feeding per day (divided into two meals):

    1 lb.ground beef
    1/2 lb. Chickets hearts
    1/2 lb. Chicken necks
    4 oz. beef liver
    1 soft boiled egg
    1 tbsb. Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsb. Vionate

    Active yogurt and apple cider vinager twice a week, not at the same time.
