MemberI am a bit confused about the reliability of Taste of the Wild. Based on the 5 star rating, (and unaware of the recall) I have been feeding my four dogs this food for about 2 years now. They love it and seem to thrive on it. What I am hearing from some of the posts is Diamond is an awful dog food company that shouldn’t be trusted. So help me out here. Is the general consensus that once a recall, forever banned? Four dogs eat a LOT of food. So I not only need a good food, but sensibly priced and a convenient place to purchase. (mail order is NOT an option)

MemberIt has more to do with how they handles the recall and repeat offenses, in the case of diamond, they have proved to be fairly unreliable on both those points.

MemberI understand. Thanks. Probably time to find another dog food. Not willing to risk my dog’s health!

MemberLook at Victor. If it is available locally to you, it is a very economical and good food.
