MemberHi,
This may be a really stupid question. Iām trying to figure out how many mg of calcium are in my dogās food, but itās presented as a % on the label. Is there any formula to figure out how many mgās of calcium are in a serving? Iām feeding carna4 duck. Itās has 535 k/cal per cup and it states in has 1.1% calcium.
Thank you!!Loretta J
MemberI have been researching dog food for our German Shepherd puppy and I read in several places that you have to email the company and ask them for that information. I havenāt done it myself so I donāt know how it works.

MemberIts not a stupid question at all. Look at the nutrient printout for Prosense Vitamins for Dogs. It has about half of the data in mg and half in % (which makes no sense to me). I called a large vendor and they did not know what the %s are in mg or %s of what, but they gave me the direct line for the Prosense Vitamin manufacturer sales force. I called and left a message for someone named Dale 4 days ago. No return call ā nodda yet.
