MemberHello,
I just joined the Advisor.
Right now, I am making my dog’s food — ingredients sourced from local grocery stores, including WholeFoods.
I make a batch and freeze, then thaw as needed.
When I run out, I don’t always have time to make a new batch and am looking for a dog food brand that uses 100% Human grade ingredients. A food that I could eat too, that the manufacturer has no issue with me eating.
In the few brands I have checked out here, I do not see anything regarding the ingredient quality and its rating in regards to human grade.
Is there such a dog food? And if so, what brand?
I would love your suggestions.
Thank you.
Case
MemberThere are companies that use human grade ingredients, but due to liability issues I seriously doubt that any manufacturer will recommend human consumption.

MemberThe Weruva reps get out a spoon and eat from the cans to show the pet food store employees it is human grade. Thats the only one I can think of.

Just for the record Case, I don’t want to eat the dog food. I just want it to be that high in quality 🙂
