MemberI’ve been feeding my lab Kirkland dog food for at least a couple of years. He has suddenly become uninterested in his food, which is highly unusual for a Labrador Retriever. I have also noticed that he’s been very gassy lately. I’m going to go out and buy a different dog food today to see if he will eat something else, but I think that if there’s something wrong with the food there must be thousands of other dogs out there eating it too. Is there someplace that will test it to see if it is safe?

ParticipantThere should be a phone number on the bag somewhere that you can contact the makers and inquire to any issues and give them the lot number and such from your bag to see if there are any problems.
Good luck!

MemberI have heard that feeding the same food for extended periods may cause sensivity to that particular food. Besides, it must be boring to eat the same thing for years on end.
