ParticipantI have a 1 yr old French Bulldog that has gas problems. I know they are known for that but she just had a really bad episode that caused us to bring her to the emergency vet. Not sure if there was another reason that caused this but still want to change the food.
She is currently on Taste of the Wild. I want to give her grain free. Any suggestions?

MemberGas is usually caused by undigested food fermenting in the digestive tract. Try adding digestive enzymes to her food and adding probiotics would probably help too. If you don’t mind ordering online Swansons has great products at a great price.
Earthborn Holistic Grain Free has some good foods. If price is not an issue, Brothers Complete and Nature’s Variety Instinct are both great foods.

ParticipantDefinitely enzymes and probiotics like Patty said. You might even start with the Sierra Mountain or Pacific Stream formulas as they are lower in protein and then work up to the higher protein formulas. Or rotate and use a couple formulas.
