    Morning! My question is about fish. Where I shop I have the option of Ground Herring/Mackerel mix, Wild Caught Whole Portugese Sardines, and Whole Spanish Mackerel. I want the best Omega3 fish I can get that will feed a mastiff puppy growing bones :p

    Use sardines or herring. Small fish, having a shorter lifespan, are less contaminated with heavy metals and such. Wild caught is better than farmed, actually, farmed fish should be avoided like the plague. I don’t know if sardines and herring are farmed or not.
