InactiveI’m relocating to another country with Scotch, my Cocker Spaniel mix dog.
The flight is a 14.5 hours direct flight (red eye flight).I got the option from United to fly him in cabin (business class with me as a service dog) or in a crate with Cargo and I don’t know what would be better for him.
He is a young dog (1.5) and this is his first flight. he is a calm dog in general with no anxieties.
Cabin pros:
– He is with me the entire flight
– no concern about how is he doing down there
– no temperature, anxiety issue
– no wait time exiting the plane – straight out of terminalanonymous
MemberDefinitely Cabin (business class with you as a service dog).
Surely you have heard the horror stories of what can go wrong in Cargo.

ParticipantCabin with you for sure. Glad you have the choice.
