    Every time it rains and thunders outside our greyhound refuses to go out and pees on our carpet.

    I have no spray suggestions. Have you thought about or looked into those fake grass pads or a belly band? I had to put up a covered dog run. That might be a little extreme but I had many dogs, sometimes 10 at a time fostering.
