For the Kefir users out there, what brand of Kefir do you guys use? I know HDM uses Lifeway, but i dont know which version of it she uses. Thanks in advance!

I like Green Valley…it’s organic, lactose-free and humanely certified. My dogs love their kefir and yogurt 🙂
