MemberI add fresh meat, chicken, chicken organ meats, lean beef, etc. to my Great Dane’s kibble so I am looking for a high rated kibble that has very little protein. Does such a product even exist?
InkedMarie
MemberProbably not. I think higher protein usually means a higher meat content which may mean higher quality.

ParticipantThere are 3-4 star foods that have few red flagged ingredients but can’t get a higher score due to the lower protein content. Take as an example Pro Pac Ultimates.

MemberMy dog needs a food with low ,but high quality protein due to lymphoplasmacystic ducal hepatitis. The two prescription foods are not reviewed, but the ingredients seem poor, the price high: Royal Canine and Hills.
Any ideas?
