Both of my tri-color shelties are small, they only weigh 15 lbs. Got them both from families who couldn’t afford to keep them. They are 3 and 5. My last sable sheltie was 22 lbs, got her at 8 weeks, the best dog ever! I’m surprised to see some that look like collies at the park, but they are all beautiful. How exciting for you to be getting another one! Are you going to adopt or foster the new one?
