-10 oz. Package Frozen Organic Spinach, Pureed
-1 C. Organic Blueberries, Pureed
-1/2 C. See Spot Live Longer Dinner Mix
-2 tbs. Bee Pollen Granules
-2 tbs. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
-1 tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother
