Betsy and Cyndi, speaking as a photographer, that picture seems to be flipped. Chances are it’s a stock picture and the dog most likely has not touched either food. In marketing and advertising, what a company says in their copy has to have some truth do it, but not so much with the pictures where their is a grey area.
