Ooh you’re fortunate to have them so close 🙂 I drive ~35 mins to Bensalem to pick up. I did get my first “haul” today and it looks good! I have a 2 lb chub of their turkey/chicken/lamb medley thawing in the fridge so that’ll probably take at least 2 days… I only wish his menu was a little more diverse, but I know it’s a smallish business. Their products are definitely priced very competitively though so I’m hoping this works out to be a long-term source of good meat for us. They do seem to supply a wide range of co-ops (all the way down to Virginia) so I interpret that to mean people are pleased 🙂
