I have to disagree. I’ve been using Dr. Harvey’s for years and they have great customer service. The woman who answers the phone has always been very kind and knowledgeable when I call. I’ve spoken to Dr. Harvey a few times when my dog was sick and he took the time to call me back to see if she got better. I love the company!
