Well, we just got back from the vet and he was prescribed more antibiotics for gram negative bacteria and now hydrolyzed protein dog food. The goal: calm the gut and then try to add foods back in and see if we can figure out what he is allergic/ intolerant to.
I am not a huge fan of “special” food, but I am seriously desperate. He has lost more weight and just isn’t “right”. SOOOO, I’ll keep you posted and we will wait and see, I guess.
