in my experience the only cure for yeast infections is to bath the dog in a shampoo that is prepared by our vet, it has 4% Cholahexine and 2%Micozale and the brand i have used is Pyroderm dog shampoo available from pet stores. I lather the area affected with water and shampoo to leave it on for 5mins and only bath the dog after that using shampoo over whole body.
Have you found a remedy as yet?
