I don’t give my dog any medication and I give him a treat that he absolutely loves and I found out that my friends dogs love them too so you might want to try this:
1 ripe banana mashed
1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
1/4 Cup natural peanut butter

Mix it all together and refrigerate this will last about four or five days and you can hide his medication and a spoonful of this mixture
