I’ve had really good luck with VeRus Cold Water Fish. I have a little rescue mutt who used to have to stop to scratch about every 3 or 4 steps. I saw VeRus on a list of 15 companies who’ve never had a recall. Turns out they’ve been in business for something like 20 years w/o a recall. Anyway, I filled out the contact form and they sent me samples – good-sized samples that got here within a few days. It’s great food and smells fresh & healthy. The lady that wrote back mentioned that chicken is frequently an allergen for dogs. I think it’s due to the all the stuff they’re given (the chickens) while growing.
